About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team focused on education sector placements in Doncaster. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary range of a327,000 to a332,000 plus commission. The role involves utilizing your sales expertise to build and nurture client portfolios within primary, secondary, and SEN schools, while matching qualified education professionals to the right roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a diverse client base in the education field including various school types.
• Use sales techniques to identify and engage new clients requiring recruitment services.
• Maintain strong ongoing client relationships, tailoring staffing solutions to their specific needs.
• Source, interview, and place well-qualified candidates ensuring excellent fit with client requirements.
• Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to increase business volume and fulfill targets.
• Oversee the recruiting process from initial client contact to afterplacement support.
• Keep meticulous records using CRM systems to follow up on progress and outcomes.

Skills and Experience

• Proven sales experience with demonstrated history of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in recruitment or education sectors preferred but not mandatory.
