About the Role
MS Enterprise is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team located in Gurugram. This full-time position involves leading comprehensive recruitment processes to attract and onboard the best candidates for various roles. Candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates with pertinent internships, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for allocated job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend precise staffing needs.
- Utilize diverse channels such as job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals for candidate sourcing.
- Perform resume screening and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
- Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
- Collect feedback post-interviews from both candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate salaries within approved limits and extend official job offers.
- Oversee documentation, background verifications, and onboarding procedures.
- Keep recruitment logs updated and submit reports timely.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience throughout the hiring workflow.
- Achieve recruitment targets within established turnaround times.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates effectively.
- Skilled in negotiation and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Capable of handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience operating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms preferred.
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory; an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is highly desirable.
