Role Overview
Outmarket is in a new growth phase, and hiring is expected to play a major role in that expansion. The company is looking for a Recruiter who is comfortable taking full ownership, enjoys building in a fast-paced environment, and wants to influence how hiring is done as the organization scales.
You will lead recruiting efforts across the company, work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, and help create a strong hiring process that attracts and closes top talent. The role is suited to someone who enjoys ambiguity, can build structure where it is missing, and wants to contribute beyond standard process management.

What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles from initial kickoff through offer close.
- Work with hiring managers to define search plans, selection criteria, and interview structure.
- Build candidate pipelines from the ground up, source proactively, and engage strong candidates for key roles.
- Run a streamlined but personalized hiring process that creates a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Keep searches on track by aligning stakeholders, identifying delays early, and improving the process where needed.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate brings 4 to 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups, SaaS, or fast-moving technology organizations. You should have a history of independently managing full-cycle searches and sourcing candidates effectively, especially for difficult-to-fill roles.
We are looking for someone with strong candidate evaluation skills, sound process judgment, and the confidence to work in ambiguous situations without waiting for perfect structure. Clear communication, strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple searches at once are also important.
Bonus Experience
- Recruiting experience in an early-stage startup.
- Hiring for both business and technical positions.
- Exposure to interview design, scorecards, and calibration of hiring decisions.
- Experience with vertical SaaS, insurtech, or B2B operating models.
