Recreation Attendant

Role Overview

In this position, you will help create a welcoming and well-managed experience for guests in the pool and beach areas. The role focuses on guest assistance, maintaining a tidy recreation space, and helping protect resort property.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and courteously with a genuine, friendly approach.
• Support guests with requests and needs related to the pool and beach areas.
• Handle guest questions, feedback, and concerns quickly and professionally.
• Keep the pool and beach areas clean and orderly, including clearing used towel bins, arranging pool furniture, collecting towels, and organizing towel storage shelves.
• Verify guest registration before handing out resort property.
• Track product stock to help reduce loss of resort assets.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• You should present yourself in a neat, tidy, and well-groomed manner.
• Intermediate-level English communication skills are needed.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Prior experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
