About the Role

This opportunity involves participating in a project on an AI training platform, not a traditional job. There are no fixed hours or long-term commitments; you work as your schedule permits. Your task is to capture first-person videos of daily household activities to help improve AI and robotic systems' understanding of human-object interactions.

Responsibilities

• Film routine household chores such as cooking, cleaning, folding laundry, gardening, or walking your dog from a first-person viewpoint.
• Record these activities within your own residence or workspace areas like your home, yard, or garage.
• Adhere to brief guidelines specific to each recording session.
• Upload the videos using the project's dedicated application.

Requirements

• Device: Use a smartphone or other camera capable of at least 1080p resolution and 30 FPS. Recommended models include iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6+, or Samsung Galaxy S21+ with a wide-angle (0.5x) lens.
• Recording technique: Position the camera on your forehead or at eye-level to capture an egocentric perspective, angled slightly downward to highlight your hand movements.
• Software: Employ the specified "D&A" app for recording and uploading video content.
• Quality standards: Ensure footage is clear, steady, well-lit, over 15 seconds long, and depicts intentional, meaningful tasks without unnecessary pauses or fake actions.

Additional Information

This freelance project allows you to earn money while performing everyday household chores, with potential earnings up to $6 per hour equivalent based on the project. You can choose recording sessions flexibly to fit your personal schedule, contributing directly to advancing AI and robotics technology.
