About the Role

We are seeking a Receptionist to join the welcoming Front Office team at Hodson Bay Hotel on either a full-time or part-time basis. Joining a multicultural workforce of over 900 employees from more than 50 countries, you will become part of a highly valued team delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and serve as their primary contact throughout their stay.
Anticipate guest needs proactively to enhance the overall quality of service and satisfaction.
Support the Front Office team with daily operations, managing tasks from check-in to checkout.
Contribute to organizing and improving the Reception area with effective system management.
Consistently deliver top-tier customer service while maximizing booking opportunities through product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Maintain the highest standards of guest services within the hotel environment at all times.

Qualifications and Experience Required

At least one year of relevant experience in a busy hotel front office role is preferred.
Familiarity with Front Office Systems, especially Opera, is advantageous.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
