Overview
The Receptionist / Front Office Executive acts as the initial point of interaction for clients and visitors, efficiently overseeing front desk operations. This position includes managing telephone communications, greeting guests warmly, handling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for seamless office functionality.
Key Duties
- Warmly welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and issue passes when required.
- Respond to inquiries by providing precise information about the organization.
- Organize and manage scheduling of meetings and conference room reservations.
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and tidy.
- Handle receipt and distribution of mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties including data entry and documentation filing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security to maintain office safety and cleanliness.
- Provide support to HR and Administration during onboarding and other front-office tasks.
Required Profile
- Graduate in any academic field.
- Demonstrated experience of 2–3 years in receptionist, front office, or related customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and a positive, approachable attitude.
