Role Overview

Pand Design Group is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a full-time onsite position based in Bukit Merah, Singapore. The selected candidate will be accountable for various cost-related tasks including preparation and examination of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), implementing cost control measures, planning budgets, and delivering cost reports to support project financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Execute cost control and management activities to maintain expenditure within budget limits.
• Coordinate cost planning and regularly monitor project financial status.
• Generate detailed cost reports to provide transparent financial insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to communicate budget details and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in cost control and cost management to uphold budget efficiency.
• Skilled in creating and reviewing BOQs along with managing the cost planning process.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to financial detail.
• Experience in interior design or construction projects is considered an advantage.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
