Job Overview

Mount Everest Breweries Limited is seeking a Quality Executive based in Mysore, Karnataka. The role involves utilizing advanced analytical capabilities to mine data and craft algorithms aimed at enhancing quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality assessments of packaging and production processes, including Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) analyses.
• Oversee food safety and Raw Material Process Management (RMPM) evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and sustain software tools dedicated to quality monitoring and process enhancement.
• Maintain transparent and professional communication channels with team members and relevant stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, food technology, or a related discipline.
• Bring 5 to 10 years of proficient experience in analytical roles focusing on packaging and process quality assessment.

Preferred Credentials

• Holding certifications in Quality Testing, food safety, or allied areas is advantageous.
