Job Role and Responsibilities

• Review and execute the project’s construction method statements.
• Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) to uphold project standards.
• Implement and oversee Quality Management System procedures related to the department's functions.
• Perform quality inspections (quality walks), and supervise corrective and preventive measures.
• Provide necessary training to the project team and workers on quality standards and procedures.
• Carry out concrete inspections before and after pouring processes.
• Inspect all ongoing construction operations to verify compliance with standards.
• Set up and maintain on-site material testing laboratories according to the Laboratory Manual.
• Inspect all aspects of building finishing work, including painting, tiling, false ceilings, and cladding.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship closely.
• Conduct routine inspections and material testing in accordance with technical specifications (TS), contract agreements (CA), Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH), applicable Indian Standards (IS), ASTM, and NATM technologies.
• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and concrete execution.
