What you will do

• Handle purchasing and procurement activities with a focus on operational efficiency.

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers when needed.
• Prepare purchase orders and track delivery progress to help ensure timely procurement.
• Use cost awareness and analytical thinking to support better buying decisions.

What the employer is looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Background in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Prior exposure to the Retail or F&B sector is preferred.
• Strong negotiation ability and confidence in managing supplier relationships.
• Skill in sourcing new vendors while preserving reliable existing partnerships.
• Experience with purchase order preparation, delivery follow-up, and procurement coordination.
• Good analytical judgement and cost-control capabilities.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms.
• Excellent organization and the ability to juggle several tasks at once.
