About the Opportunity

An established Dubai real estate brokerage is hiring seasoned Property Consultants to strengthen its sales team. The role is suited to driven professionals who have handled secondary or off-plan property deals in Dubai and can provide high-quality client support while consistently meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create fresh business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive lead generation.
  • Develop and sustain trusted relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Guide clients on secondary market and off-plan property options.
  • Arrange and lead property viewings and sales presentations.
  • Handle negotiations and support successful closure of property transactions.
  • Stay current with trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and complete sales paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Prior real estate sales experience in Dubai is essential.
  • Background in secondary sales and/or off-plan property transactions.
  • Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional in approach.
  • Good understanding of the Dubai property market and RERA rules.
  • RERA certification will be considered an added advantage.
