Project Manager - SaaS Specialist

About the Role

Join Intelligent Analytics Suite as a SaaS Specialist Project Manager, where you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of our SaaS applications. This position involves ensuring the seamless integration of our software with client systems and optimizing performance to meet their data analytics needs. Your technical expertise and customer service focus will drive client satisfaction and product success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and tailor our SaaS applications accordingly, guaranteeing smooth deployment and integration.
• Provide comprehensive technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues, helping clients throughout their journey.
• Manage regular maintenance activities such as software updates, bug repairs, and applying security enhancements while monitoring system health to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct educational sessions and prepare detailed documentation enabling clients to effectively use the software features.
• Keep current with industry trends and SaaS technology advancements to suggest enhancements for our product offerings.
• Work in coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including developers and sales staff, to enhance implementation processes and customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and supporting SaaS applications.
• Strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud computing concepts, APIs, and data integration methods.
• Preferred familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and dedication to quality outcomes.

Working Hours and Location

This is a part-time role operating onsite in New York City with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
