Overview
DXN Limited is a global, vertically integrated producer and operator of prefabricated modular data centres. Serving major government and blue-chip clients in telecom, mining, defence, and subsea cable sectors, the company handles design, engineering, manufacture, and operation of these critical facilities.
Role Summary
This role demands comprehensive project delivery leadership, taking full ownership from project initiation through to successful handover. You will coordinate multiple functions: design, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and onsite teams, acting as the singular accountable figure for project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery end to end, covering design, scope, timelines, budgets, and final handover.
- Manage critical sequencing of manufacturing, logistics, site activities, and commissioning to ensure continuous progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to synchronize efforts.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively to enable early recovery where necessary.
- Maintain communication with clients, provide progress updates, and manage expectations effectively.
- Participate onsite, especially during crucial project milestones.
- Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout all project phases.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 5+ years of project management or coordination experience; strong coordinators aspiring to advance are welcome.
- Background in commercial or industrial sectors with technical expertise in electrical and data systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize efficiently in dynamic environments.
- Holds a Certificate III or higher in mechanical, electrical, project management or related discipline.
- Proactive problem solver who independently identifies gaps and contributes solutions.
- Willing and able to travel at short notice domestically and abroad; requires valid passport, permanent Australian visa, and flexible availability.
Preferred but Not Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in air conditioning systems.
- ACMA cabler registration and electrical license.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or at least a strong understanding of Simpro software.
