Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to work onsite, managing construction projects from initial planning stages through to final completion. This role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, client communications, quality assurance, and ensuring safety compliance. The manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
Coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns
Ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards
Implement and oversee safety protocols on job sites
Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining control and organization

Qualifications

Relevant experience in construction project management or a similar discipline
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
Knowledge of construction methods and regulatory permitting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
Bachelor's degree is preferred but candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range from $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
