About Egis Advisory Service Line
Egis Advisory Service Line leads the management of large-scale developments for high-profile clients in the region. Their expertise spans giga projects, municipalities, and major urban and real estate developments, blending engineering, architecture, and technology to shape the future of urban infrastructure.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to successful completion.
- Act as the main point of contact and uphold strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project budgets, profitability, resource allocation, and overall P&L performance.
- Create and maintain project execution plans, schedules, milestone tracking, and resource planning.
- Implement project governance structures, reporting frameworks, communication protocols, and approval procedures.
- Manage project risks, issue resolution, opportunities, change control, and related commercial aspects.
- Track and ensure project adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align activities with client objectives.
- Lead client meetings, workshops, steering committee sessions, and executive presentations.
- Present project updates, strategic insights, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Review and authorize deliverables before submission to clients.
- Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Contribute to business development, proposal writing, account management, and identifying project growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Building Services, or a closely related field.
- 8 to 12 years of demonstrated experience in project management, consulting, or advisory roles.
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary consulting projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IFMA FMP/CFM, IWFM, ISO 41001, ISO 55001, or equivalent are beneficial.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Sound commercial and contractual awareness.
