Project Manager (Entry / Junior Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Project Manager at the entry to junior level to become a valuable member of our expanding team. This remote position based in Germany is tailored to individuals who excel at coordinating teams, overseeing project activities, resolving challenges, and collaboratively ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Establish project scope, define timelines, milestones, deliverables, and set clear objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to guarantee smooth project progression.
• Monitor tracking of deadlines, budgets, resources, and key deliverables throughout project life cycles.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status reports, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and resource limitations, implementing mitigation strategies timely.
• Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning sessions as needed.
• Ensure delivery of projects within scope, on time, and meeting quality standards.
• Participate in post-project evaluations and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Learn and adopt current project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Entry-level to junior experience (0-3 years), including internships, preferably in Project Management or related fields such as Business Administration or Information Technology.
• Fundamental knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional approaches.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse, remote teams.
• Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• Experience with project planning, risk oversight, reporting, or stakeholder coordination is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and eagerness to develop professionally.
• Fluent in English language.
• Residency in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time within the country.
