Project Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for a Project Manager position based in Munich, Germany. This role involves independently leading projects using traditional project management techniques while being the main client liaison from initial inquiry through to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects autonomously following classical project management methodologies
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and calculate project proposals and offers
• Plan, monitor, and execute projects ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support the implementation of GRE actions and strategic initiatives
• Document project developments and produce progress reports

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Multiple years of experience in project-based business environments
• Technical background such as an engineering degree, technician certification, master craftsman qualification, or equivalent long-term professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with a well-organized and solution-driven mindset
• Confident and professional demeanor in client engagement
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license
