Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating project work end to end, keeping schedules on track, managing resources carefully, and helping ensure delivery within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities

You will work with different teams to shape the project scope, objectives, and final outputs. The position involves building practical project plans, tracking milestones, managing timelines, assigning resources, and preparing risk-handling approaches.

You will also follow project status closely, share updates with stakeholders, handle issues or conflicts when they arise, and keep documentation and reports accurate and organised for future use. Clear communication across team members and stakeholders is an important part of the role, along with ensuring all work follows company rules and relevant industry requirements.

Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building & Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field is required.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of construction methods, project coordination, budgeting, and contract administration. Strong command of Microsoft Office is needed, and knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Project will be considered an advantage.

Applicants should bring good communication, coordination, and organisational abilities, and must be careful, adaptable, and able to juggle several tasks in a busy environment. The role also requires willingness to travel to project sites across Singapore as needed.
