Role overview
This position is focused on coordinating manufacturing projects and improving operational performance within a technical or business function. The role supports small, clearly defined projects by combining project coordination, administrative support, and logistics assistance for the wider project team and project manager.
What you will do
You will help keep manufacturing initiatives on track by planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities tied to timelines, quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals. The work includes supporting new line setup, process improvement efforts, and implementation activities across functions.
- Coordinate manufacturing projects, new production line setup, and process enhancement work.
- Track milestones, schedules, and project deliverables to support timely execution.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, productivity, cycle time, and RFT.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to drive alignment.
- Spot project risks and follow up until action items are closed.
- Support process rollout, verification, and ramp-up activities for new product introduction and line start-up.
- Prepare MIS updates, dashboards, reports, and project status summaries.
- Contribute to lean and Kaizen-driven continuous improvement activities.
- Help maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operating standards.
- Maintain project notes, records, and databases, and share lessons learned with other teams.
Skills and competencies
