About the Role
Techflora Global Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and organized Project Coordinator specializing in International Recruitment. The role involves managing overseas recruitment projects by liaising effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily recruitment project activities and operations.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Engage with clients, candidates, and team members for seamless communication.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and keep detailed documentation up to date.
- Organize meetings and track follow-ups on action points.
- Oversee project progress and troubleshoot coordination challenges.
- Maintain recruitment databases using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Recruitment roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
