About the Role
Become part of the dedicated team managing Pullman Living & Residences in Yerevan, the first branded residential project in Armenia under the prestigious Pullman by Accor brand. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing coordination activities across various disciplines, fostering smooth interactions among internal departments, consultants, contractors, vendors, and international partners. Your role will include maintaining communication with the Accor brand team, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and facilitating the successful execution of a hospitality-focused residential development of world-class quality.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management roles.
- A Bachelor's degree or above in fields such as Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar disciplines.
- Possession of a Project Management certification is favorable; both local and international designations are acceptable, with international credentials like PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM being highly valued.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Capacity to manage several teams and balance competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
- Fluent professional-level command of both English and Russian languages.
