Role Overview

This full-time, onsite position based in Abu Dhabi involves promoting the company’s pharmaceutical range directly to healthcare professionals. The incumbent will perform regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to provide detailed product information supported by clinical and scientific data. The role includes cultivating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers, identifying growth opportunities, collecting market intelligence for strategic input, responding to inquiries, and coordinating promotional activities and stock management with internal teams. The position demands accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines, and participation in ongoing training, meetings, and medical events.

Candidate Qualifications

• A solid academic foundation in Pharmacy or Life Sciences enabling comprehension and communication of clinical and product details effectively.
• Fresh graduates eager to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient at collecting and analyzing market data to monitor trends, competitor actions, and growth prospects.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present complex information to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Customer service aptitude to build trust, handle client queries, and maintain professional relationships.
• Relevant degree in Pharmacy or related scientific fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or in a medical representative role within the UAE is advantageous.
• Awareness of local healthcare regulations, ethical marketing norms, and industry benchmarks.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage assigned territory, and achieve sales/activity objectives.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel within the designated region.
