Production Supervisor

Role overview

Abunayyan Holding is seeking a practical, experienced Production Supervisor to guide day-to-day manufacturing work in Riyadh. The role calls for someone who can keep output on track, maintain quality standards, and make sure operations remain safe, efficient, and well coordinated.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop-floor activities so production goals, quality expectations, and shipping timelines are consistently met.
• Lead production staff while making sure HSE requirements and internal procedures are followed.
• Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other teams to improve overall manufacturing results.
• Assist with introducing new products, running tests, supporting commissioning, and driving ongoing process enhancements.
• Track production indicators, budgets, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and develop production technicians to strengthen team capability and performance.

Experience and background

The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background, especially in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, electro-mechanical environments, process industries, or similar settings. The company is looking for a supervisor who is comfortable being hands-on and leading by example.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• At least 4 to 6 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role or another comparable leadership position.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management systems, and HSE practices.
• Strong ability in leadership, planning, and problem-solving.
• Prior experience in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, electro-mechanical, process industries, or a related manufacturing environment.
