Participate in key projects such as reducing costs, improving yield and process capability (Cpk), developing new products and processes, qualifying new machinery, optimizing production, improving cycle times, and evaluating or qualifying new materials.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, which might vary depending on project progress or specific divisional objectives.

A minimum of a diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
At least 5 to 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work setting.
Attention to detail with meticulous work habits.
Dynamic, committed, and proactive in approach.
Highly motivated individual with strong team collaboration skills.
Practical knowledge in quality and process improvement tools such as PDCA, visual performance charts, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an advantage.
Experience with root cause analysis and line issue troubleshooting.
Understanding of 5S housekeeping principles, environmental, and safety regulations is beneficial.
Knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes adds value.
