Key Duties

• Oversee daily manufacturing processes and strive to meet production targets consistently.
• Enhance production efficiency by minimizing equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with established quality and safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and planning teams.
• Generate and maintain detailed production documentation and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• One to five years of relevant experience in the production or manufacturing sector.
• Expertise in production scheduling, quality assurance, and process optimization.
• Effective communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
