Job Responsibilities

• Meet the daily production goals for the assembly line.
• Manage and optimize workforce allocation, focusing on manpower handling and the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) elements.
• Ensure adherence to defined process standards across the assembly line operations.
• Analyze and work towards minimizing in-process rejections to improve product quality.
• Maintain the 5S workplace organization methodology on the assembly line.
• Focus on waste elimination to enhance production efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be female candidates holding diplomas in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering.
