Production Crew Member

Job Overview

We are seeking diligent Production Crew Members to execute daily production operations accurately, maintaining high quality and efficiency throughout. This role requires adherence to strict food safety protocols and active participation in maintaining a clean, contamination-free environment.

Key Duties

• Carry out a variety of production tasks daily, ensuring all products meet quality criteria and are finalized within set deadlines.
• Comply with the food safety plan and complete all necessary training to uphold safety standards in the production area.
• Apply QA/QC guidelines to maintain consistent product quality at every production stage according to company policies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and team members to facilitate coordinated workflows and timely completion of duties.
• Enter accurate data into databases and complete daily logs to support effective production monitoring.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), company food safety protocols, and established SOPs for safe and standardized production.
• Ensure all food processing and secure areas are kept clean and sanitized, following all equipment safety instructions.
• Maintain a hygienic workplace free of hazards to prevent contamination and guarantee the safety of all personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess at least a Secondary School diploma and ideally have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in manufacturing or agricultural settings.

Required Skills & Physical Capabilities

• Basic proficiency in English for comprehension and communication.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift items weighing up to 5 kilograms.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, and maneuver into confined spaces.
