About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for internal stakeholders, carefully managing the product backlog and maintaining open communication channels across all parties involved.
• Serve as the Product Owner within a Scrum team, making data-driven decisions to propel product development forward effectively.
• Drive the evolution and strategic development of the current suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and a contemporary web application.
• Influence organization-wide product development practices and support agile transformation by setting clear vision, defining priorities, and promoting continual process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment, with a solid history of managing complex product systems.
• A university degree in IT or Management fields such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Information Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban as well as hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, alongside modern web applications.
• A genuine interest in process optimization and managing change.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong inclination for collaborative teamwork within international and cross-functional groups.
• Fluency in English and a minimum of good proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
