Product Manager

Role Overview

The Product Manager at Cosmos Travel will lead the design, development, and enhancement of travel products aimed at international visitors to Russia. This part-time position is based in Berlin, Germany, with remote work flexibility. The incumbent will manage the full product lifecycle by analyzing market trends and customer needs, coordinating with various teams, and aligning travel offerings with partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and customer research to identify demands and trends.
• Develop and refine tourism packages catering to international travelers.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and partners to ensure product quality and profitability.
• Monitor product performance using relevant metrics and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in product management within tourism or service development contexts.
• Strong ability to analyze market data and customer segments to inform decisions.
• Proven skills in managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or Russian is beneficial.
• Educational background or equivalent experience in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related area.
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid work setup and making data-driven decisions independently.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM, analytics, and project management software is advantageous.
