Position Overview

This role represents a product design opportunity with a partner company based in Australia, seeking a Product Designer for chatbot integration within a Web SaaS CRM platform. The candidate will join a collaborative product team working on a sophisticated CRM designed to support various business types and complex workflows across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete product design lifecycle from discovery and defining problems to ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
Create scalable user interface designs for complex SaaS platforms including dashboards, admin panels, workflow and permission management, and multi-step processes.
Convert complex business needs into intuitive, reusable design patterns adaptable for different organizational structures and industries.
Conduct thorough user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analyses, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and inform design choices.
Develop hypotheses, produce interactive prototypes, and iterate based on both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Analysts to balance user experience with business goals and technical feasibility.
Enhance and maintain a consistent design system with scalable components across the platform.
Support design implementation through documentation and evaluation during development stages, exploring AI-powered tools and modern prototyping techniques to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in product or UX design, ideally with SaaS, B2B, CRM, enterprise software, or workflow-centric products.
Demonstrated expertise in leading product discovery, clarifying ambiguous challenges, hypothesis formulation, and guiding product strategy prior to UI development.
Strong systems-thinking approach, capable of designing for complex roles, access controls, configurations, and scalable business workflows.
Proficient in designing advanced interfaces including administrative tooling, dashboards, complex configuration flows, and operational platforms.
Knowledgeable in user research methods, usability testing, analytics, and applying data-driven insights to design decisions.
Advanced skills in Figma, interactive prototyping, design system management, and component library development.
Understanding of frontend principles, responsive design practices, development constraints, and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adept at rationalizing design choices, evaluating trade-offs, and working in Agile frameworks.
Fluent in both Ukrainian and English at a professional level.
Experience with AI-enabled design workflows, CRM systems, enterprise platforms, low-code solutions, or API integrations is advantageous.
