Overview

Join Stord, Inc. as a Product Designer focused on crafting consumer experiences that shape brand success. This full-time remote position involves designing user-centric interfaces for consumer-facing commerce applications including subscription portals, order tracking systems, international checkouts, and other post-purchase interactions that encourage repeat sales and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Develop intuitive and engaging designs for return portals, order tracking, delivery notifications, and other post-purchase consumer touchpoints.
Create responsive designs that perform seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Adapt designs to diverse brand guidelines while ensuring usability remains consistent.
Improve conversion rates, completion rates, and customer satisfaction through data-informed design choices.
Conduct extensive user research to understand consumer behaviors, anxieties, and expectations post-purchase.
Translate research insights into compelling narratives that inspire and align engineering teams around user-centered goals.
Employ AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and exploration of new concepts.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design roadmaps with consumer needs and technical feasibility.
Contribute to and apply an evolving design system to maintain cohesiveness across all consumer touchpoints.
Establish and track success metrics related to user engagement, conversion, and satisfaction, adjusting designs based on testing and data analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

At least 5 years of overall product design experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on consumer-facing digital products.
Strong knowledge of B2C design principles, consumer psychology, and behavior trends.
Experience designing adaptive interfaces for multiple device formats including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into effective design solutions.
Advanced skills in modern design software, especially Figma, with experience in prototyping, component libraries, and familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude and Claude Design.

Preferred Experience

Prior work on e-commerce, returns management, order tracking, or post-purchase experience design.
Experience designing white-label or multi-tenant software adapting to different brand aesthetics.
Exposure to fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with rapid design iteration cycles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.

Compensation

Annual salary range between $90,000 and $120,000.
