Product Designer

About the Role

Join Entain Australia & New Zealand as a Product Designer to craft seamless, scalable user experiences for leading sports betting and entertainment platforms. You will play a crucial role in defining how millions engage with iconic brands such as Ladbrokes, neds, TAB, betcha, Trackside, and Sport Nation across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers a high-energy, collaborative environment where your design expertise directly impacts user satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive product experiences by translating user needs and business objectives into clear, engaging digital solutions.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined user interfaces consistent with design system guidelines, adaptable across multiple brands.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define feature sets, optimize user flows, and ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain and enhance design systems to guarantee visual consistency and efficiency within a complex product ecosystem.
• Leverage user research, testing, and analytics to inform design decisions and consistently elevate user experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience designing commercial digital products with strong user experience (UX) and visual design skills.
• Expertise in Figma, including associated tools like FigJam or Miro, for design creation, prototyping, and team collaboration.
• Experience managing design systems and scaling interfaces across multi-brand environments.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design choices and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with native iOS and Android design, exposure to multi-brand or white-label products, and experience in fast-paced, customer-focused industries such as entertainment, gaming, or sports.
