About the Role

An established global construction firm is engaged in a significant project in Riyadh and requires a skilled procurement engineer to join their team. The Procurement Engineer will oversee the procurement activities for current construction endeavors as well as tender processes.

Responsibilities

The role demands sourcing and acquiring materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budget limits, and timelines. The engineer will assist project delivery teams during execution phases and coordinate with estimating and tendering departments to secure competitive bids and enhance procurement approaches.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold an engineering degree and possess experience as a procurement engineer on significant civil, infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects. Prior involvement in project execution and tendering processes is advantageous.
