About the Role
We are looking for a Process Associate specializing in Medical Billing to join our team in Sitapura, Jaipur. The position offers a monthly salary of up to ₹24,000 CTC and is suited for graduate freshers or undergraduates having relevant experience. The work schedule includes night and rotational shifts with fixed weekend offs on Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to medical billing.
- Maintain and manage billing documentation and related information accurately.
- Provide precise details and timely solutions to clients' concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless billing processes.
