Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Business Process Specialist to act as a bridge between strategic process design and everyday operations. This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts to uncover workflow gaps and working alongside Senior Process Architects to convert high-level designs into actionable, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Beyond documentation, you will lead Change Management efforts to ensure new processes are understood, embraced, and refined continuously based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review current workflows to detect bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or redundancies through shadowing sessions, user interviews, and data analysis.
  • Convert broad process architectures into clear, stepwise SOPs complemented with flowcharts, diagrams, and guides that facilitate user comprehension.
  • Introduce AI-based and automation technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, promoting faster resolutions and higher accuracy.
  • Track adoption rates after rollout, identify challenges faced by teams, and implement targeted assistance or process refinements.
  • Serve as the advocate for end-users by communicating operational challenges and process effectiveness to leadership.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture encouraging proactive employee suggestions and enhancements.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement, preferably in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech sectors.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of navigating ambiguity and juggling priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, capable of breaking down complex concepts into simple, clear instructions.
  • Experience designing process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs using tools like Lucidchart, Figma, Visio, or Miro.
  • Understanding and application of AI and automation solutions to optimize processes.
  • Knowledge of change management practices to facilitate team behavioral shifts and adoption of new workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
