Probationary Full-Time System Monitor / Hall Monitor (1.0 FTE) at Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board

Position Overview

This is a full-time probationary position as a System Monitor and Hall Monitor for the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board starting September 2, 2026. The role primarily involves supervising designated locations within the school and liaising with administration to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain positive interactions with both students and staff to foster a respectful and cooperative environment.
• Enforce and promote adherence to school policies and rules.
• Monitor hallways actively during classroom sessions to maintain order and safety.
• Undertake additional tasks as necessary to support the daily functioning of the site.
• Adhere to Board protocols concerning attendance, health, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school education or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong organizational capabilities with effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
