Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Manager of Reportable Conduct, this newly created Principal Investigator role is integral to fulfilling the department's responsibilities under the Reportable Conduct Scheme. The position encompasses conducting complex investigations, providing support to other teams, and contributing to policy and procedural development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct comprehensive investigations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme ensuring thorough documentation, evidence collection, and adherence to relevant policies and legislation.
• Collaborate and negotiate with senior stakeholders to foster cooperation and secure agreement to effectively resolve investigations, promoting a culture of ongoing service improvement.
• Assist team members with their investigative tasks and participate in policy formulation and development.

Requirements and Conditions
