Pricing Manager

About the Role

Sky Rose Contracting Company is looking to recruit a Pricing Manager to oversee the pricing operations, focusing on preparing both technical and commercial proposals for tenders in the government and private sectors. The goal is to enhance the chances of winning projects while ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tender process, starting from receiving tender documents to final submission.
• Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) thoroughly.
• Oversee quantity take-offs, pricing of materials, obtaining supplier quotations, and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop detailed project cost estimates and finalize technical and commercial bids.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Legal departments during tendering.
• Generate regular reports on the progress of ongoing tenders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
• Possesses 8 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing or supervising pricing and estimation teams.
• Demonstrated expertise working on both government and private projects related to building construction, fit-out works, and MEP projects.

Skills Required

• Expertise in cost estimation and the preparation and analysis of tender documents.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and/or Primavera P6, and ERP software tools.
