Compensation and Benefits

Earn a collective agreement hourly wage of 18.50 €, including 50% Christmas bonus and regional labor market allowance
Receive an additional 50% Christmas bonus payout in November
Annual vacation pay of up to 332 €
Start immediately in a full-time, fixed-term contract working 38.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Deliver letters and parcels using the provided tools and equipment
Operate delivery routes five working days per week, Monday to Saturday
Handle parcels averaging under 10 kg in weight
Use company vehicles for deliveries, including fully electric vehicles

Candidate Requirements

Possession of a valid car driving license
Ability to communicate in German effectively
Physical resilience to work in varying weather conditions and willingness to perform manual tasks
Dependability and motivation to work diligently
