About the Role

Join Deutsche Post und DHL as a postman responsible for delivering parcels and letters in March, Baden-Württemberg, covering areas such as Hugstetten, Buchheim, Holzhausen, and Neuershausen.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage of 18.47 euros including 50% Christmas bonus and regional labor market allowance
Additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November
Up to 332 euros vacation allowance
Option to start immediately or later in a full-time position with a 38.5-hour workweek

Key Responsibilities

Deliver letters and parcels using provided tools and equipment
Operate five days per week between Monday and Saturday
Handle parcels averaging under 10 kg and up to a maximum of 31.5 kg
Use company vehicles, including electric vehicles, for deliveries

Candidate Profile

Valid car driving license is required
Proficiency in German communication
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically handle deliveries
Reliability and strong commitment to the role
