About the Role
Join Deutsche Post DHL as a dedicated postman delivering packages and letters in Bad Liebenwerda and Herzberg. This position involves working predominantly onsite with consistent weekly hours and the opportunity for a permanent contract.
Compensation and Benefits
- You will earn a collective agreement hourly wage of €17.20, which calculates to approximately €17.92 per actual hour worked, resulting in around €2,998 monthly including proportional 13th month salary.
- Receive additional pro-rated Christmas bonus in November.
- Receive up to €332 holiday allowance.
- Enjoy 27 to 32 days of paid vacation annually.
- Start immediately in a full-time, temporary contract working 38.5 hours per week, with potential for permanent employment (initial contract valid until 24.12.2026).

Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and delivering letters and parcels using supplied tools and equipment.
- Deliveries scheduled five days a week, Monday through Saturday.
- Handling shipments averaging under 10 kg with a maximum weight up to 31.5 kg.
- Perform delivery duties using company vehicles, such as fully electric commercial vehicles.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- License and capability to operate a transporter vehicle safely.
- Strong German language communication skills.
- Physical resilience to work outdoors and perform manual tasks.
- Reliability and a committed work ethic.
