Job Summary

Prestige Property Management & Services is looking to employ skilled plumbers responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems at various construction sites. The role demands expertise in managing pipelines, fittings, and ensuring efficient water supply and drainage installations.

Primary Duties

• Install and mend pipes, fixtures, and fittings related to water supply and drainage systems.
• Handle bathroom fittings, pipelines, and sanitation system components.
• Interpret basic layouts and blueprints relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Detect and resolve leaks, blockages, and other plumbing defects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during installations.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure project success.

Essential Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of plumbing tools and materials.
• Capability to perform physically demanding work on construction locations.
• Good physical fitness and readiness for on-site tasks.

Desirable Abilities

• Experience with plumbing in residential or commercial construction environments.
• Familiarity with CPVC, UPVC, and GI piping systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for plumbing issues.
