About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plant Coordinator for a significant earthworks infrastructure project based in Shelly Beach, Queensland. This role involves overseeing a broad range of civil plant and machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient project execution. You will be responsible for the coordination, servicing, maintenance, and compliance of a large plant fleet supporting major earthmoving activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mobilisation and deployment of plant and heavy equipment across the site.
  • Collaborate with site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to guarantee equipment availability.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs to reduce downtime.
  • Monitor equipment usage to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of plant inspections, compliance, and operational documentation.
  • Manage responses to equipment breakdowns and liaise with maintenance providers.
  • Ensure plant inductions, registrations, and statutory compliance are current.
