Planning Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Planning Engineer to join our construction project team located in Al-Muzahimiyah, West Riyadh. The role involves crafting and updating detailed project schedules, monitoring ongoing progress, and assisting in steering the project toward its timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software.
• Monitor project progress by comparing actual outcomes with planned benchmarks.
• Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports outlining progress.
• Detect possible delays early and contribute to formulating mitigation or recovery strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, including engineers and subcontractors.
• Support project control functions to ensure projects meet delivery deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Have a minimum of ten years' experience working as a Planning Engineer.
• Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in Primavera P6 and project control methodologies.
• Experience in assessing progress, preparing reports, and analyzing project delays.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
