About the Role
Tayana Solutions is seeking a motivated and target-driven Placement Advisor specialized in US IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing vendor partnerships, and promoting IT consultants across various visa categories. The position requires a proactive individual who can contribute to business development, strengthen client networks, and enhance revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate new business opportunities using cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
- Acquire and manage relationships with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors.
- Promote IT consultants including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens, and H4 EAD visa holders to clients and vendor partners.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster business growth.
- Negotiate service rates and contractual agreements to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams for candidate submissions, interview coordination, and deal closures.
- Maintain and track sales pipeline and lead database using CRM tools.
Required Skills
- Expertise in US IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation services.
- Strong experience in business development and client acquisition within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in managing vendors and lead generation strategies.
- Skilled in CRM management and sales pipeline tracking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
Additional Information
The role is full-time and remote, requiring availability to work six days a week. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience in the field.
