Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including personnel support, development, and termination processes
- Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Independently manage recruitment processes from initial contact, interviewing, to contract issuance and onboarding
- Create and maintain HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and handle operational HR tasks autonomously
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in managing regulatory requirements
- Participate proactively in both operational and strategic HR projects within the company group
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Business Psychology with an HR focus, or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of practical experience in operational personnel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor law
- Independent and organized work style with a proactive, hands-on attitude and enjoyment in working with people
- Passion and commitment to advancing HR topics and implementing new HR projects
- Excellent organizational abilities and confident use of MS Office
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
