Overview
The role of a Personal Shopper is a frontline, customer-interactive position within sales and retail operations. It focuses on delivering highly tailored and expert customer service by utilizing extensive knowledge about products, services, and the latest trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage customers to frequent the store regularly by setting appointments and fostering engagement through various communication methods including mail, email, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
- Guide each client throughout their shopping journey by recommending products and services that align with their preferences and needs, including advice on current fashion trends, image makeovers, and personalized purchasing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service before, during, and after sales, ensuring commitments are fulfilled through diligent follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintain appointment quotas and boost sales contributions through suggestive selling and upselling, leveraging deep understanding of both customer profiles and available merchandise.
- Strive to increase the number of items purchased per transaction and raise the average bill value.
- Inform non-members about membership benefits and promote enrollment in black card membership programs.

Educational Qualifications
