About the Role

Inizio Engage is seeking a dependable and highly organised Personal Assistant/Team Assistant for a permanent position based in Reading. This role requires working four days a week, Monday through Thursday, within a global healthcare organisation dedicated to delivering patient solutions worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leaders at Sanofi.
  • Manage diaries and calendars to coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements including transportation, drivers, overseas trips, and accommodation.
  • Plan company events for directors and clients, handling logistics such as attendee coordination, hotel bookings, equipment, and catering requirements.
  • Oversee monthly credit card statements and cash expense management.
  • Arrange and manage bookings for meeting rooms.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare for and support business review, budget, and team meetings.
  • Produce letters and emails professionally.
  • Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of internal communications.
  • Schedule internal and external appointments.
  • Attend management team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
  • Process invoice payments for external suppliers related to general management costs.
  • Provide flexible support as necessary, including responding to calls, emails, and faxes from customers.
  • Advise customers on order allocation approval processes following escalation procedures.
