About the Role

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and dependable HR operations throughout the employee journey.

This role is practical and detail-focused, with an emphasis on execution quality. You will support onboarding, HR documentation, HR systems, attendance tracking, and benefits administration, helping ensure processes run smoothly and employee data stays correct. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and handle HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations, contract extensions, transfers, and other routine employee records.

  • Coordinate onboarding tasks by preparing paperwork, arranging system access, and ensuring employees are ready to start on Day 1 with the right teams involved.

  • Help with offboarding tasks such as clearance, removal of system access, tracking asset returns, and preparing final documents.
